Well, I take it as a good sign.

Not having reviewed PvMP and LI changes in detail this overall looks like an update that actually improves things, undoes some previous code damage, makes a honest attempt to correct previously misaligned balance (how successfully we'll see but it's the thought that counts, right?), I don't see obvious store grabs and some actual content has been added.

Could have been worse. Much. Maybe it is, I didn't play this on Bullroarer.

It's not unexpected though.  Imagine Ford or Toyota putting out a vehicle with that many "known issues". Turbine is rapidly passing into the "nuts" zone.

Ford or Toyota will never release a car, where you cant use the first or third gear.

Every single instance has game-breaking, no workaround bugs. Nice.
If this was a last ditch to keep people interested in LotRO instead of TOR, they sure dropped the ball.
Quite possibly the worst showing ever. Turbine can't release an update or expac without major fails.

It actually would have been better for them to wait instead of releasing a new raid where 3/5 wings require re-clearing the trash when you wipe on the boss. That's 60% of the raid becoming an exercise in futility from a learning standpoint. I can't keep my kin interested in that crap.

Guess I'll use the Force instead.

"Instance Finder - The instance finder currently does not check the ignore list and may place you in a party with a player you have ignored."

:F

I just hope that leniency is made for responding to those who are able to grief you due to the new tool.  I would hate to think that Turbine would punish you for being baited, as a result of a mechanic that they themselves created.

Do all instances have game-breaking bugs? Most are the kind of bugs that offers inconvenience (will there be shop-items for it... :P) but first opinion is that as long as you don't use certain skills* then they will have bugs, but also being able to finish; Resetting quests should be top-prio to fix.

* those skill break instances more often and could be used to 'exploit' bosses, so it shouldn't surprise us they still cause this kind of behaviour. I'm surprised they just don't make those skills unusable in instances/ boss-fights

If they are on your ignore list they can't grief you (not by any normal means anyways.) If I'm not mistaken, the ignore list also mutes in-game voice chat. So if you like to communicate with PUGs before running  the instance this will be a problem.

I thought this line was funny:
Housing - Raid Reward - Tower of Orthanc - Laboratory Wing - Orrery is too large to fit in most homes.

Apparently they made a blind update to fireworks. Some players are reporting they're BoA and advance a deed similar to festival consumables. I have chests full of fireworks in a kinhouse and now I don't know what's going to happen to them.

Not just my toons. 3 people are involved in the Kinhouse. I just wonder how many kins out there will have this problem without knowing beforehand.

I won a load of fireworks the other day, thankfully I moved them into shared storage so at least 1 character will have enough to complete the deed with each colour

They also gave away some Superior 4th Marks, Helegrod Marks, and others yesterday in lotteries.
