Not sure if any posted on this or not but I found this to be yet another slap in the face of their own customers.

Goto the Turine's DigitalRiver store: link
http://store.digital...goryID=58516200

down at the bottom of the page under "Getting Help", click on the Frequently Asked Questions link:
http://store.digital...bine/en_US/help

Under the section "Returns and Cancellations", click on "How do I request a refund?"
https://store.digita..._US&Env=BASE#q3

How do I request a refund?
To obtain a refund for digital product(s) please click here.
To obtain a refund for physical product(s) purchased online, you need to email Customer Service to request a refund.
Still more questions? Back to Main Help Page

Click on the link "To obtain a refund for digital product(s) please click here."
It will take you to a page titled Refund Policy with some steps to follow and a link at the bottom to "Request Refund".

It turns into an endless loop that takes you back to some prior point in the FAQ.

Wait, that must simply be another programming issue with the website, that's all. It couldn't possibly be a blatant attempt to frustrate anyone wishing to obtain a refund so much that they give up eventually...
