So compensation day (September 5th) for those who pre-purchased RoR came and went and I still have not received zip.
Why?
More to the point, how do Turbine think that this new delay is going to improve the situation?

Got allocated the 500 TP today. But got an email from Turbine saying that due to a glitch, they can't send the "Goodie Bag" until September 17th.
