Amazons MMO seems to have been cancelled: Amazon and Leyou have canceled that unfinished Lord of the Rings MMO | Massively Overpowered (massivelyop.com)

It seems to be a European version (Codemasters logo is on it), which means the code will no longer work. It can still be sold as a collectors item for the physical stuff though.

I'm not sure if making it a progression server was a good idea, as most of the nostalgia was for SoA, not the later expansions.

The last full expansion was Helms Deep (so you have MOM, SOM, ROI, ROR and HD). However, new quest packs have been released after HD: Western Gondor, Central Gondor, East Gondor, Old Anorién and Far Anorién.

And you have succesfully played it on 8.1 before today? It seems the symptoms are the same as I experienced (camera view randomly changing, mostly turning to the sky) and that was solved for me when I ran the FixIt.

Are you running Windows 8.1? There is a camera / mouse issue which is affecting many games, like WoW. See this Microsoft Support article. For LOTRO you will most likely have to use the fixit or the 'Let me fix it myself' part.
