Can't even Access LOTRO Website - Help Please!

Definitely not. Haven't played in about four years, and last time I was active, I was just playing the game regularly. Never had trouble with moderators or other players, never had any issues at all. Otherwise I wouldn't be trying to figure this out and solve the problem legitimately, since of course, if I had been banned or deserved to be banned, there's no way they'd let me back in.

Thanks for the tips above! Gonna keep trying - I tried accessing the site on my phone using data rather than wi-fi and it went through with no errors, so that helps narrow things down. Appreciate the tips!

Okay, so I have my IP, trying to figure out how to contact Cordovan or SSG... how should I go about doing that? I can't find any social media accounts for Cordovan, only forum posts by him... on  forums I can't access (on lotro.com). And the SSG website as a whole won't let me on (just like lotro.com, so as some of you posited, I must be blocked from the entire SSG network which is baffling). 

As background, I've moved once, changed computers once, and changed ISPs twice, since the last time I played Lotro. So I'm really confused how this is happening. But I have the information I need, just need a way to contact Cordovan or SSG directly. Does anyone have social media links for them? Thanks!

8 days and no response yet on my help request. Tweeted at them to ask about response times, but nothing. I'm confused. My ticket status is still "Open" so maybe that's a good thing? Seems like an awfully long time to wait for a response on a help request, though.

Adding my 2 cents.
For a series of situations I use to have 2 ADSL providers.

After switching to the second one I suddenly wasn't able to load LOTRO (loader stuck on pre-req) and neither reach the lotro.com website from any of my devices in the network. This, after reading different posts, let me come to the the conclusion that the public IP I was assigned was blocked.

I then shut off the router and turned it on after 30 seconds. Now I'm connected with a new IP and everything works again.
