Turbine Customer Support response times

If you post a Turbine Customer Support ticket, you quickly receive an automated email confirming receipt, and asking you to "please reply to this email and we will be happy to assist you" if you have "any additional questions or concerns".

What I should like to know is, how long on average does it then take to get a sensible answer. Any experiences?

I opened a ticket at: 08.06.2011 22:47

I responsed this mail a few minutes later.

I received the points at: 13.06.2011 21:54

Seems to be round about 5 days.
