US Elections 2020

Recommended Posts

The majority of straight dudes I know, who are comfortable in their own sexuality and/or grew out of their religious brainwashing when they were younger don't go around--as grown men--using words like "fag" (even in a context that has--supposedly--nothing to do with being gay).  They also don't fret over "gay agendas" and moan about pride parades (I mean, if it's a traffic issue, I'm all on board.  Hate being stuck in traffic).  In a nutshell, they just don't give a shit about something that has nothing to do with them.  They don't use phrases like "force x, y or z on me" and try to take the morale high ground about what is and isn't "normal".

/shrug.

Thread titled "US Elections 2020"

"Gays be bad yo"

I have only one thing to add.

I wonder if this will drive any of you back into your caves.

I don't really give a care about what lesbian and gay people do or how they want to live, as long as they don't take away my freedom of choice. Open displays of commonly accepted affection among friends, those in love, or from respect do not bother me. It's when some entitlement comes into play and it moves beyond consistent expected courtesy, I have objections.

On the subject as a whole. I see it as a lost cause. When I employ a Darwinist view, anyone who is unable or unwilling to procreate has no use in our species. Contrary to some peoples views, we are only here for one purpose. To fuck and make more of us. Humans just happen to be lucky in that we are afforded an intellect that does offer some other purposes but in the end, if we don't procreate then we become extinct.

I'm all about reducing my competition in the world. If people want to kill themselves with guns, bombs, or diseases, I'm all to happy to stand aside and let it happen. I'll walk over the dead and pick flowers, to take home to the ones, I care about. So maybe there is something good in this view of people refusing to make more of us.

IMO I suspect that homosexuality is caused by a naturally occurring imbalance of hormones like testosterone and estrogen, which among other things, causes a different set sexual orientation.

And like other hormone and neuroteansmitter imbalances, it should be corrected with medication and therapy as appropriate.  However, the problem with the current political environment, any research into what causes homosexuality or body disphoria is going to be labeled as homophobic or transphobic because the Democrats are more interested in looking like they care, than actually caring about people.

Second "whistle-blower" about Trump. I know that the transcripts have only been partially released, but is there really that much more to reveal about that call that a second person would come out over it? If the White House didn't want it all out, I can only assume it has something a bit more direct/incriminating about a quid pro quo, or mentioning the 2020 elections in it as that would make it pretty clear why Trump was really calling.

Calling Polish patriots who march celebrating independence day in Warsaw "nazis " is just dumb beyond words .

I saw them with my own eyes. Feel free to grab a baseball bat and join them, just don't you dare calling them Polish patriots. It insults my Polish patriotism. They are the worst scum imaginable, good only for beating up fags or dark skinned foreigners. I feel nothing but loathing towards them. Only beating up or abusing children is lower in my view.

Back to topic - another whistle?? Hmmm...

The reporting says that this second whistle blower actually has first hand knowledge of the call.  They can't use the whole hearsay argument to deflect.  I honestly believe that Trump is so stupid that he could very well have stated directly that an investigation would help his reelection.

By now Trump is looking at everybody and anybody around him and wondering who is outing him. Maybe this fact will drive him with paranoia prompting even more stupid comments, acts, and events. In his mind, all will be fine as long as he can rant through all hours of the night on Twitter.

I recall something about Trump commenting on the Whistle blower and how he has a right to meet his accuser.  Rofl  What's he going to do about it really?

They want to know who it is in order to mount a specific smear campaign or flat out threaten them.  It's hard to come up with a clever nickname you can rage tweet about if you don't know who it is.  Of course the whole whistle-blower protection act was created to protect them from retribution.  Unfortunately, you can't expect any of those people to appreciate laws and such.

Funny how everyone accusing Trump over an alleged threat (hint: Ukraine has to know they were threatened at the time the threat was made for it to be effective) is more than willing to ignore that Biden did what Trump accused of five years earlier.

Hypocrites.

You may need to clarify, what threat are you talking about,  what did Biden do that Trump was accused of, and why does that change that the POTUS is looking to trade favours with foreign nations to look in to political rivals?

A.) Obama used the FBI to investigate Trump https://www.wnd.com/2019/08/mccarthy-says-trump-was-investigated-for-obama/

B.) Biden coerced Ukraine with foreign aid to fire an investigator looking into how his son got hired for a position in Ukraine while Biden was VP

C.) Apparently Biden did the same thing to China for the same reasons.

It's OK when the Democrats break the law, but they scream bloody murder when a Republican does the same thing.

Quite possible. All these rich political ass hats are doing dishonest shady shit, I'm not surprised more of this bullshit isn't expected.

Same as the above. This is something that needs investigating internally through the proper channels, but it doesn't then excuse a potentially illegal move by Trump.

In this case, the Democrats didn't do what Trump has done.

potentially being the key here...

if it wasn't potential, proper procedure and filings would have been followed to the letter.  but on that the Dems have broken protocol.  hence the dares from Republicans to put it to a vote and bring in actual formal procedure.

but this whole episode is, by design...  just like all previous manufactured events... aimed at swaying opinion rather than formal proceedings.  EX: one whistle-blower didn't seem to work...  as per Brennans' twitter request"

https://twitter.com/JohnBrennan/status/1177917399254872064

a second whistle-blower is being produced.  watch it have the exact same effect.

though it does wet the appetite of the socialist left, you included.

enjoy it now, i will save the savor for when it too crashes and burns.

oh but they did.  the Steele Dossier.  and when you look at the trail that leads up to its creation...  they have absolutely done just that.

Almagnus is lying to you.  Biden did not coerce Ukraine to fire a prosecutor that was investigating his son.  It's a complete falsehood.  I guess it's ok to ignore facts.

I don't know, I'm suspicious of what the Bidens were up to as well. In that same link:

In January 2018, Biden disclosed that during a trip to Kyiv he privately warned Ukraine’s then-president, Petro Poroshenko, and then-prime minister, Arseniy Yatsenyuk, that the U.S. would withhold $1 billion in loan guarantees if Ukraine failed to deal with corruption and remove Shokin as its prosecutor general. (Biden did not say when he made the threat, but he addressed the Ukrainian Parliament in Kyiv on Dec. 9, 2015, and dangled the prospect of future U.S. aid if the country rid itself of the “cancer of corruption.” )

“I looked at them and said: I’m leaving in six hours. If the prosecutor is not fired, you’re not getting the money,” Biden recalled in remarks at an event hosted by the Council on Foreign Relations. “Well, son of a bitch. He got fired.”

JoBi said he didn't do it for his son, that he was just following the Obama admin's policies, however those two aren't mutually exclusive. A lot of these sources are careful to say that Hunter Biden wasn't personally under investigation for corruption, HOWEVER, the company he was a board member of was. It's not out of the realm of possibility that a wealthy politician was pulling strings to help out a family member, pretty much all of them are corrupt somewhere along the line. Still, that's not an excuse for Trump to pull more shady shit himself.

Biden was just the spokesperson for efforts to remove a prosecutor that WAS NOT investigating corruption.  If Biden did something illegal then he should be punished.  However, that doesn't excuse what Trump is doing, or the shit his kids are doing all over the world.  I don't understand how people can flat out ignore facts.  My biggest issue with the whole "but Biden" defense is that people are using that to justify Trump's actions.  If cops show up at my house with a warrant to search for drugs, telling them that my neighbor is also dealing drugs is not going to get me off the hook.

Let me be very clear on something.  I don't have any blind devotion to a single politician.  Anyone doing any illegal shit should be removed from office, regardless of party affiliation.

Pathetic...

If you're going to shill (and lie) for Biden, at least own it.

And yet, this exact behavior is why I will vote Trump, because fuck you that's why.

I have never understood the idea of voting for someone just because it pisses other people off.  Surely having someone that knows how to do the job is better that someone that is a laughing stock.

As for what Biden did or didnt do, investigate him, but lets not pretend that we should ignore what Trump did because someone else may have done the same thing in the past

It should also be noted that the investigation in the company the Biden's some worked for focused on a time period before he got the job and he was never under investigation

Aww what's the matter?  Looks like someone's pussy hurts.  You're a little bitch.  Out of curiosity, when you open your mouth can you hear the air escaping your head?  People like you are why I'm pro-choice.

The hearsay argument was laughable at best.  With a person who actually heard the call coming forward, they can longer use that argument to discredit the whistle-blower.
